It’s easy to get focused on the circumstances of the day and slip into the uncertainties and troubles of this world.  However, a simple posture and perspective shift can change everything.  RISE: lift your eyes and recognize where your help comes from (Psalm 121.1-8); and PRAY: trade worry for peace by continually letting your requests be made known to God (Philippians 4.6-7). Pray all day – a mindset that breathes life!
